1. Using ChatReel

ChatReel is a web-based tool for turning chat screenshots and dialogue scripts into short-form vertical videos. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and any applicable policies referenced here.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must use ChatReel in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. We may offer guest or lightweight account access, but you are still responsible for activity connected to your workspace, exports, and purchases.

3. User content and permissions

You retain ownership of the screenshots, text, branding, and other materials you submit. You confirm that you have the right to upload, process, and export that content using ChatReel.

You grant ChatReel a limited right to host, process, render, store, and transmit your content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

4. Credits, pricing, and payments

ChatReel may offer free daily exports and prepaid credit packs. Paid exports currently consume credits after the free quota is used. Prices are shown before purchase and may change in the future.

Payments are processed by Paddle or other payment providers we may use from time to time. Your purchase is also subject to the provider's checkout terms.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
• Do not use ChatReel for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading activity.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
• Do not impersonate other people or falsely imply endorsement.

6. Generated output

You are responsible for reviewing your exported videos before publishing or sharing them. ChatReel may automate pacing, formatting, and UI recreation, but final editorial responsibility remains with you.

7. Availability and changes

We may update features, limits, pricing, supported export styles, or system behavior over time. We may also suspend or restrict access to protect the service, comply with law, or prevent abuse.

8. Disclaimers and liability

ChatReel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
