Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how ChatReel handles refund requests for credit purchases and related billing issues.
1. Digital product policy
ChatReel sells digital credits used to unlock paid exports after free daily usage is exhausted. Because the product is digital and delivered immediately, refunds are not guaranteed for every purchase.
2. When refunds may be considered
- Duplicate charges or accidental repeated purchases.
- Technical billing errors clearly caused by our system.
- Cases where purchased credits were not delivered as expected.
3. When refunds are usually not available
- Credits that have already been used for completed exports.
- Requests made after significant use of the service following purchase.
- Abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or policy violations.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@chatreel.app with your purchase details, the email or workspace used, and a short explanation of the issue. We recommend contacting us within 14 days of the charge.
5. Processing
If a refund is approved, we will submit it through the original payment method. Final posting times depend on your payment provider and bank.
